25.01.2022 I received an act of kindness today which I was taken back. I took my family to the beach today and I keep forgetting to buy a beach umbrella or beach tent and we were at a beach with no shade. As soon as we arrived and sat down a young family approached me and asked if we would like their beach tent as they were leaving. They said it was old but will still work and we can keep it. Wow I couldn't stop thanking this kind generous family. I also yesterday helped an elderly lady grab a few of her groceries she couldn't reach some of the items so my toddler and I just walked up and down the isles helping her with her groceries. Showing even my little on he will grow up with this imbedded in him, giving and helping others with no expectations.



09.01.2022 Creating positive energy flow for your Mind Body and Spirit ~GIVING~ From this moment I would like you to give an act of kindness to someone every day for 1 week (minimum) as an exercise. This will start to change your thought process of not only positive thinking about others but for yourself, your energy will change to a positive and you will receive great gifts in lots of different ways if your open to receiving and not expecting. I would love to hear your stories on this page all week. So please post your acts of kindness and also keep a journal of this too. 27.12.2021 Full Moon/Blood Moon meditation for manifesting your goals and dreams~Tomorow nights full moon will also have a total eclipse which will be red in colour, this will happen around 6.15pm tomorrow night. My intuition is guiding me to work with you on creating your goals through the metaphysics in this powerful energy. Exercise~Relax in a quiet place sit comfortable either in a chair or on the floor. Take 8 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the nose or mouth and t...hink about how you are feeling now. What thoughts may be coming and going? Just acknowledge them and let them pass. I want you now to visualises your long term goal, see it, feel it, how does it make you feel? Hold that thought for a few deep breaths. Now let it pass and visualise the same way your child hood dreams and you current dreams together as one. How does it make you feel? Take a few more deep breaths and be aware of your mindfulness right now and how it is making you feel. Now visualise feel yourself coming back to the moment of where you are. 10.12.2021 This weeks exercise I recommend spending time on writing 3 to 5 things you are grateful for every day. Write them down at the end of your day or as they happen. It can be what happened on that day or what you are thinking about in your life. Once you have done this take a few moments to read your list and how they make you feel. At the end of your week write them out and date them in a grateful journal for future reference. Enjoy your week.



06.12.2021 Full Moon tonight so put out your crystals in mother earth (if you have any includes crystal rings,earings etc) and write out your top 5 things you would like to manifest in your life. Feel the end result as being accomplished already as you write them then pop them outside under the moon light. You can either keep your list in a safe place the next day to keep or get rid of it. If your feeling low at the moment then as much as you can today and tonight before going to bed visualise or meditate on yourself feeling better. Clear your energy chakras if you can as this is a very positive energy to manifest what you want over the next few hours. Enjoy ~ Alli X

19.09.2021 Thought for the day/week. ~Mindfulness~ What does that mean to you? You need to use Mindfulness to answer this question. . . Stop and breath to be in the moment of your current thought. What is your intention with this thought good or bad. It can be as simple as changing your bad thought into a good thought by adding in a positive affirmation to have a positive end result. Instead of focus on what you can't do, focus on what you want to do with a positive intention and visualise and feel the end result. That to me is positive Mindfulness. Enjoy your week! X
