24.01.2022 TO THE WOMAN WHO IS SLOWLY FADING AWAY To the woman who has lost her spark. To the woman whose get up and go, has well and truly gone. This is for you.... This is to remind you whose daughter you are. This is to remind you, that you dont have to be everything to everyone, every day. You didnt sign up for that. Remember when you used to laugh? Sing? Throw caution to the wind? Remember when you used to forgive yourself more quickly for not always being perfect. You can get that back again. You really can. And that doesnt have to mean letting people down or walking away. It just means being kinder to you, feeling brave enough to say no sometimes. Being brave enough to stop sometimes. And rest. It starts the moment you realise that youre not quite who you used to be. Some of that is good, some of that is not. There are parts of you that need to be brought back. And if anyone in your life is not okay with that they are not your people. Your people will be glad to see that spark starting to light up again. So, if you have been slowly fading away my friend, this is the time to start saying yes to things that bring you joy and no to things that dont. 19.01.2022 Tree of Life... In the contrast of darkness in the background and white light all around us is a spectrum of colours within us. Without darkness there can be no light. Without colour there would only be black or white. Tree of life represents birth... we begin as a seed and grow the roots to stand, walk, talk and grow. From the roots, the trunk for stability, strength, knowledge, security and innate wisdom from the soil. ... As the trunk grows, branches begin to form to evolve the tree from seed to BE. Branches are grown to catch the breeze, the rain the sun from every angle, creating shade, resting place and homes. Each branch an extension of the trunk exploring the world around it, spreading out in all directions to make the most of its experience of life. Branches may grow to the north to harness the morning sun, to the east to harness the evening breeze, to the south to catch the rain, to the west to greet the moon. Branches grow straight up to look around. Branches grow toward the earth to provide food. Branches become the trees balance, when one branch breaks another is formed. From the branches become the leaves, the trees senses...leaves sing in the breeze, smell amazing, some provide food, some provide natures medicine, soak up waterand toxins in the air, some are poison, some present beautiful flowers. And from the flowers...another seed falls, and the cycle of life begins again. As we breathe out, the tree breathes in. As the tree breathes out, we breathe in. We cease to exist without the TREE OF LIFE.We are very much a tree of life. No two trees are alike...all unique to themselves within a connective environment. 15.01.2022 I choose me I honestly and wholeheartedly wouldnt want to be anyone else! I love everything about me, even when I hear that inner voice of self-criticism pop up every now and then reminding me of things I still need to heal within myself. I am so grateful for it all... and now, thank goodness, there is not as much self-destructive dialogue as there was 10 years ago and its so nice to feel good about who I am. How loving, supportive, resilient, accepting, patient and ...compassionate I am towards myself and others. How far I have come on this amazing rollercoaster ride called life, always filled with new challenges, triumphs, lessons, growth, evolution, awareness, healing, always changing. WHY would I want to be anyone else...I created this experience, and I am creating every moment of every day. I love my life! I might not agree with whats happening around me, but its my choice to choose what I focus on...sight, sound, taste, touch, smell and feel, every second of the day. Its always MY choice Life REALLY is beautiful, when you feel you are living it...EVEN when I get caught up in the 3rd dimension of drama There is no-one like me, what a magical gift I am to myself and others around me, even with my beautiful imperfections. 09.01.2022 Fear is a feeling that is internal and is conscience, said Mary D. Moller, PhD, DNP, ARNP, PMHCNS-BC, CPRP, FAAN, associate professor, Pacific Lutheran University School of Nursing, and director of Psychiatric Services, Northwest Center for Integrated Health. It arises when sensory systems in the brain have determined an external stimulus poses a threat. Outputs of threat detection circuits trigger a general increase in brain arousal and can result in altered threat process...ing: fear and anxiety disorders. Moller first explained Hans Selyes 3 predictable stages the body uses to respond to stressors, called the general adaption syndrome: Alarm: The first reaction to stress recognizes theres a danger and prepares to deal with the threat. The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and autonomic nervous system are activated. Primary stress hormones cortisol, adrenaline, and nonadrenaline are released. Resistance: Homeostasis begins restoring balance and a period of recovery for repair and renewal takes place. Stress hormones may return to normal, but there may be reduced defenses and adaptive energy left. Exhaustion: At this phase, the stress has continued for some time. The bodys ability to resist is lost because its adaption energy supply is gone. This is often referred to as overload, burnout, adrenal fatigue, maladaptation, or dysfunction. Alterations to the HPA axis can cause several conditions such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and insulin resistance, said Moller. Moller then outlined the potential consequences of fear on overall, physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual health. The potential effects of chronic fear on overall health include: Immune system dysfunction Endocrine system dysfunction Autonomic nervous system alterations Sleep/wake cycle disruption Eating disorders Alterations in hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis The potential effects of chronic fear on physical health include headaches turning into migraines, muscle aches turning into fibromyalgia, body aches turning into chronic pain, and difficulty breathing turning into asthma, said Moller. The potential effects of chronic fear on emotional health include: Dissociation from self Unable to have loving feelings Learned helplessness Phobic anxiety Mood swings Obsessive-compulsive thoughts The potential consequences of chronic fear on environmental health include: Continued living in fear-generating situations due to uncertainty of moving out and unknown associated dangers Not able to find safe housing Afraid to leave home because of paranoia Read more... #fear #selfawareness

I am so glad I never put in any perscriptions of legal drugs in my years of access and chose illegal drugs instead...because once I realised how boring my life was on ANY drug, it was easier to get off the illegal ones. RESPECT Mind you... The hardest drug for me ever, that is worse than cocaine or any drug combined....is SUGAR... my final challenge and Im working on it (my body is my temple, instead of, my body is used as a tool to abuse, be...cause I have learnt to disassociate with it through the experience of childhood abuse, it can handle anything)...and guess what...SUGAR...is LEGAL, AFFORDABLE, and in so many yummy VARIETIES and AVAILABLE at ANY AGE...funny that! 07.01.2022 90% of the time...the other 10% is me allowing the external environment like the posts on social media get to me and I feel yuk when I scroll and get caught up in its energy and find myself reposting. Time to turn it off again, Im thinking, so easy to fall back into that yuk energy again... 10% is pretty good though...considering I dont have aerial TV or home wifi, I dont read newspapers or magazines, I dont listen to the radio. ... But 10% can grow pretty quick when fear sets in and becomes dominant as the brain flips from the pre-frontal cortex to the back of the brain...the survival/reptilian brain, and life makes no sense because youre in fight or flight, so you just follow the fear crowd. I can only imagine how the people glued 60-80% to the media, newspapers, radio must feel yukkk all the time. Their Stress response is triggered and hormones such as cortisol and epinephrine are released into their cellular environment each time they feel yukkk, weakening their immune system.
