When taught effectively to kids it can be used as a powerful tool (for life) they can turn on at any given point to shift them from fight, flight or freeze to rest, digest and repair (parasympathetic nervous system). . The breath is a strange concept to children as it’s not something they can physically see. We always use props and resources in our breathing tasks and games to turn something ...that’s invisible, to visible!!
