15.01.2022 Fabulous class last night at the trendy Queen Street Hall. I know it is hot but boy..is it super great for a lovely class of Vinyasa! Thank you to all that ventured downtown to the hippest hall in Yeppoon :) On a reflective note: as i opened my Yoga Page, the response time that facebook puts at the top of my page caught my eye. Now, my initial reaction was a very brief flicka of negativity on my behalf. My initial thought was "oh no...22hours response time is so not good!". However, i quickly shifted gears and patted myself on the back and adjusted my thinking to "good work Charlotte, this is evidence you are enjoying life, pacing yourself and not being dictated to by the ever increasing demands of society". So now i shall celebrate my 22hr response time Who knows...it might even go up to 23hrs Happy smiles to you all xxx

13.01.2022 Gee Whizz facebook!!! I have over 15 messages from Fb recommending I promote and boost my page. The thing is....I am happy with the fact I fly under the radar a little. If I have something important to say or something of value to share I will I do not feel the need to boost my page. Happy to just chill...but I will certainly share when my classes resume #chillinandvibinginiso

13.01.2022 I have decided to cancel Yoga Tonight (April 4th) due to the weather. I prefer you remain safe and dry and not galavanting around the streets at night due to the unpredictability of Cyclone Iris and the impending dump of rain and wind :) So, dear Yogis, snuggle up with a cuppa, and I shall see you next Wednesday Charlotte

13.01.2022 Friday Night Yoga...always a delight to unwind at home with a quiet intimate yoga sesh

12.01.2022 Had a truly magical class tonight. Waves of energy flowed with the vinyasa movements of the students. Great vibes and a deep heartfelt Om to seal the practice. Perfect xo

11.01.2022 Hellooo! Classes resume tonite @ the Queen Street Hall, 615pm -730pm. Apologies for the past 2 weeks. I was ill with the dreaded lurgy for a week and then I was in Nimbin teaching at the festival and my replacement teacher was not available and it was a bit of a mix up. I am back on track and looking forward to seeing your smiling faces!! Have a happy day! Mwahhhh xx

10.01.2022 Hi Peeps, Just a class time update: I am hoping to resume Yoga Classes mid-July at the Queen St Hall. Will give you a date over the next few days. Looking forward to seeing you all xoxo

10.01.2022 Dear Yoga Community So as to be a very responsible and loving Yoga Teacher i am cancelling all of my Wed Night Classes for 4weeks. Like all of us, I have people in my circle that I love very very much and cannot risk the possibility of transmission of the good ole Bat Germ ( my own name for the bastard virus!) Plus i care for everyone else on this planet and will do my bit to ensure we are safe as a community. However, this is by no means an excuse NOT to practice your Yoga!... Sooo, please still do your class in your own space and post or send me a pic! I will do the same! Unfortunately I am not really set up for a live internet class...but hey...ya neva know what may eventuate! Stay well, practice grace and optimism with a few sprinkles of caution. Love to you all and I will see you in 4 weeks. Much love xxxxx

08.01.2022 To all of my wonderful Yoga Students. I am sorry I have not been at class for a number of weeks. A big thank you to Ray Abdy for stepping in I decided to finish the Yoga term last Wednesday 11th Dec and will resume classes Wednesday the 8th January 2020. Wishing you all a peaceful, loving and fun Christmas and I will see you again in a few weeks. Stay well, stay happy and most of all stay true. Mwahhh xx

07.01.2022 Oh how simply simply simply special was Yoga tonight @ the Queen St Hall!!! The rain was so delightful and created such a tranquil space! The sound on the tin roof was very soothing. We had the glow of a lamp and the mesmerising tunes of the water. Love

07.01.2022 Yoga teaches us to do just that. It is a beautiful thing when you feel those moments of your deep truth. Those moments where the sense of peace and Santosha is just gently vibing all the way through you. Yoga helps us find those moments.

06.01.2022 Awwwww! My knee is being so cooperative! Another splendid class p.s. one of my gorgeous students commented that my knee is clearly healing...coz class is getting harder ;) Love YOGA!! XX

05.01.2022 Yoga is a place that you can visit whenever you need respite from the relentless energy of the busy world around you. Find the peace. Feel the peace. ...even for just a small slice of your day.

03.01.2022 It was truly uplifting and exciting being able to teach and demonstrate a full yoga class last night since my knee injury at the end of last year. I am looking forward to a new evolved practice with you all....one that involves an even deeper mindful body awareness . Much love xoxo

02.01.2022 Who would have thought that you have one of the most useful coping strategies right under your nose! Your breath. Use your breath to calm the nervous system, and centre the mind. Take a deep inhale. Pause. Exhale slowly. Dont stop at one. Dont stop at two. Dont stop at all as you will be in real trouble!... Your breath is a natural, always accessible relaxant. Breathe well, breathe on!

02.01.2022 Yoga can help keep you calm through lifes challenges. Yoga teaches us that we have a core of light, a centre, a space of peace that we can all access. It takes practice. It is a practice of allowing things to be as they are. It is a practice of understanding that things are neither good nor bad. It is an understanding that we are the ones that place the judgement onto the particular situation. Inner calm comes with the acceptance that life is not a linear ride. It is filled with a thousand experiences that will be comfortable and uncomfortable. Welcome them all. Use your Yoga practice to settle strong emotion and a busy mind. Focus on your breath, choose a mantra, move and stretch your body to release feel good chemicals. Get your meditation on! Regular practice is the key. Yoga is for life Charlotte

01.01.2022 Dear Yoga Tribe, it is that time of our Calendar again where we all transition over to a New Year. Each and every year brings sweet blessings and also challenges for each and every one of us. We cannot have the light without the dark and the dark without the light. Please know that each of you possess strength, resilience and wisdom. Yoga has taught you to ride out the storms in life and find gratitude in all the small things that present to us all on a daily basis. Remember who you are, what is true for you and you alone, love your family, friends and each other. I look forward to seeing your sparkly eyes and shining souls in 2020. Thank you for all that you bring to our Queen Street Hall Yoga Class. Happy 2019 and bring on 2020!!!! Mwahhhh xxx

01.01.2022 Hello Yoga tribe :) there is no class tomorrow night, 21st Nov... due to an event at Queen St Hall. See you all next week :) xxx
