20.01.2022 Are you looking for answers? An alternative or complement to mainstream approaches for anxiety and depression? Going to the GP the options given are generally limited to medication and/or talking therapy. I know for me when I was experiencing debilitating anxiety and panic disorder and resulting depression and burnout those modalities weren’t the answer for me. I needed something that really addressed the physical symptoms I was experiencing: the constant nausea, feeling si...ck if I did eat but then my blood sugar dropping and feeling worse and shaky if I didn’t eat, hot and cold flushes, insomnia, overwhelm, the lump in my throat and feeling like I couldn’t swallow, the sweating, dizziness and vertigo, the fatigue and heaviness, breathlessness, racing heart, fear, distress and dread of wondering how I’d get through the day and feeling like I just wasn’t coping. I searched and searched in book after book and the internet for months and months and months, never finding exactly what I needed until I stumbled across the Yoga for the Mind 8 Week Course. To say it changed my life is an understatement! I literally went from being barely able to leave my apartment to living the life I wanted but even better than before. I had what I needed to finally move forward with my life and my future. FINALLY! And you can too!!! I’m so honoured to be able to teach this course, something so profound and life changing! It takes you step by step how to work with the body and the mind with every practice grounded in science you learn exactly how and why these practice work.
