22.01.2022 The Mindz Brainplay website and many sites on a local NSW server were the victim of a Chinese Cyber attack (hackers located in Kong Kong) last night.The cyber attack wiped the site yet due to backups it can hopefully be restored. The site had a anti-hack platform which clearly wasn't enough. If you run a website or web-based business, please take the recent government warnings seriously.

22.01.2022 Our school incursions can now take place again. We have our own covid-19 precautions including: * Our presenters must be at least 3m from a front row of students. * Face masks must be worn by both the presenter and the student when a headset is being fitted. * Sanitizer must be used by the presenter both before and after fitting a headset. Below is the specific Education Department point allowing science demonstrations.... 15.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Phil Dye here from Mindz Brainplay Like many, we've been supported by JobKeeper since Covid hit and relying on the Govt. is not our thing. As school entry for 'non-essentials' could be a year away, I'm now crowdfunding to take the Mindz Brainplay brain science message into the classroom via a 12-part video series called 'The Noggin'. It will be free to schools and teachers. If successful, Series 2 can be externally funded.... There has never been a video series for Australian students purely on the brain. The series will have episodes targeting specific grades with guests who relate to the age group. I'll be using the same EEGs, games, songs and stories that students loved before covid-19.
