22.01.2022 MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BUSHES Bushes arent greaseable,so need checking every 100hrs when servicing is done. Check Out the photo of a worn centre pivot point on a Hitch Plate on a Dingo k93 ,this was caused because the bushes were not checked. ... DINGO PIN & BUSH KITS We have Pin & Bush Kits to suit your Dingo 950,Dingo K93 & Dingo K94 in stock . prices for all Pin & Bush Kits $360+gst Bush Kits $160+gst to suit all models, just let me know the model of machine you have. You should check your bushes and pins every 100hrs for wear , if you see or feel wear on your pivot points on your arms ,you should replace the bushings before the pins start wearing thru your arms,causing damage to the pivot point ,if this does occur ,the arms will need removing and repaired which isnt cheap . So for insurance always have a bush kit on hand it will save you alot of money on expensive repairs. Dont Forget we freight AUST-WIDE at discounted rates

19.01.2022 TRENCHER MAINTENANCE Dont neglect your attachments,we service our machines but alot of people forget to regularly check there attachments like the trencher.The wear bar,front nose roller bearing and adjuster bolt need to be checked regularly.Also dont forget you need to adjust your chain and not too tight,you want to be able to get 2 fingers between your chain and wear bar (middle of trencher boom) while pressing down on the top/middle of the chain. Here in the PHOTOS we are ...replacing a worn wear bar and the nose roller bearing. WE STOCK ALL THE PARTS NEEDED FOR YOUR TRENCHER ,including nose roller,bearings,wear bars,sprockets,adjuster bolt,chain,teeth,locking tullock,we also can supply the trencher boom. 11.01.2022 IMPORTANCE OF CHECKING YOUR BUSHES Alot of people ignore or dont understand that the bushes on your Dingo need regular checking at least every 100hrs, if there is any movement in your pivot points on your machine (top of arms, lift rams,hitch/carriage plate),please replace the bushes before this happens to your machine (see photo of machine ,arms bent because of failure of top arm pivot point). Bushes are only $22 each ,replacement arms are $2500-$3500 depending on model,its... a no brainer , REPLACE THOSE BUSHES If pins show any sign of wear ,please replace as well, as a worn pin will prematurely wear those new bushes. DIY Service Kits for the person who would like to save money ,or your just to far away from a service centre.We stock the full range of service kits to suit petrol and diesel machines including Dingo,Kanga,Boxer and Toro.... KITS START FROM $70+GST You should service your machine at 100hr intervals with hydraulic services done every 500-1000hr intervals depending on the brand of machine. It is most important to regularly clean your air filters , try cleaning your air filters at least twice a week ,this will extend the life of your engine considerably as the cleaning of filters will stop your engine sucking in dusted air which wears your rings causing oil consumption.
