02.01.2022 This Movember, UQ MAMA is helping to change the face of men’s health! This week I’m focusing on spreading awareness for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. When I’m feeling blue or just a little off, one of the ways I touch base with myself is through guided meditation and breathing exercises. This has helped me get better sleep at night, feel more focused during the day and stay motivated throughout the week!
