03.01.2022 #stayhome my home is VERY busy, VERY loud & VERY fun. Almost a month of staying home - looking after my tribe, running my own business and battling with the decision of returning to nursing if the Alfred emergency need me. Last week I had to take on a new role...I had to help my two oldest remote learn. Our school and teachers have done an amazing job setting up our online program. However we had tears, I yelled and witnessed achievements and difficulties of my children that... I had never seen. I still had to nurture my 1 year old, keep my 4 year old entertained. I finished one meal in the kitchen and then I was onto the next, I wondered how and when I was going to get that load of washing done and clean the house which if someone was aloud in they would think we had been burgled. I miss my family and friends, I drink more wine than normal but I will cherish and remember the time the 6 of us #stayedhome and we laughed, smiled and created memories. I’m not a hugger and home is my safe place - however on the flip side of this I will hug you and I will appreciate when my family and I walk out our gate without exercise gear on. Beth xo See more
