25.01.2022 GET A GYM BUDDY WEEK.....WHY? 1. Accountability Arguably one of the most worthwhile reason to have a workout partner is accountability. Workout partners hold each other responsible for going to their PT sessions because they keep each other on track and always reaching for their goals... 2. Sharing goals and progress A workout buddy offers companionship during a session.They also give each other someone to celebrate milestones with. PT buddies can go out to dinner and feel comfortable getting healthy meals without giving in to temptation. 3. Validation Many people who are trying to lose weight get discouraged because of the rough weeks where weight doesn’t come off or at least stay the same.Workout buddies can see each other’s progress from the outside and provide motivation, positive feedback and constructive criticism. 4. It’s fun! Workout partners provide a sense of reliability and help transform the studio into something more desirable an active social gathering. For example, busy mothers would benefit from having someone else who is going through similar life stages. They can provide motivation and support, and it also gives them a chance to socialize away from the family. 5. 13.01.2022 GENERAL FITNESS CLASSES EVERY MORNING 6:30am AND EVERY AFTERNOON 6:30pm There are many benefits to increasing one’s general fitness level, such as a reduction in stress,to feel better, a decreased likelihood of contracting many cardiovascular diseases, etc.. Implementing or emphasizing an increased consistent level of physical activity is a surefire way to increase general fitness levels. The amount that one must be active and in doing what varies from person to person; for example, LeBron James has a much different training regimen than Judge Judy. There are also many ways to decrease one’s general fitness level. Injury, stress, tragedy, all of these can cause one to become less active and decreasing your body’s BMR. A general reduction in physical activity will also absolutely cause a decrease in general fitness.

10.01.2022 So here is the plan for the studio and to all the new inquiries of people that want to join the private studio setup and leave the crowded gyms: -MOPT are cancelling all access to people who want to use the studio by themselves (Personal Training only/ not operating as a gym anymore)... -Users of the studio must be booked in with 1 of our trainers as it limits the numbers in the studio (Max of 4 people per trainer) Joey - Fully booked except for a few floating sessions(Inbox) Presley - She is back from her Black dog tour so she will be opening more session times as from Monday next week(Inbox) Jess- No Sessions until further notice as she will be self isolating with the babies until further notice -Classes every morning 6:30am and evening 6:30pm will be going on as usual but limited to no more than 10 people ( So bookings become Essential) -We have set up a prevention station, before you enter the studio, please use it. ( see pic) Emily the cleaning lady is onto the whole disinfecting the studio Few rules for the studio: Use the prevention station Use a towel Use gym gloves Always wear shoes Respect social distancing Cancel with your trainer if your feeling off This is a Private studio and our people pay good money to keep it like that, so please keep with the guidelines so we can stay operating as usual, we are all going to need it to keep our immune systems strong for whats to come. Today we shall lift any object above your head 100 times.(could be a car,fish bowl, an animal) Then find a step and do 100 calf raises on a step.
