24.01.2022 Yes we are back. We have been Government Certified as a Covid Safe Business. As you know, our practices have always included Hand washing, Sanitizing every table after each guest visit and PPE for all service applications. Service is a little different but we are happy to see everyone safe and happy with your new found freedoms. Sanitizing and Social Distancing are the current reality but it keeps all of us in the safest possible environment.... So happy to have caught up with you in our first 2 days of new service..... 22.01.2022 Yes, we are open again this morning. The heat of yesterday melted an SA Power Networks component in Main Street Yesterday and took out our power. Sorry to the dozens of regulars who make Minlaton Chocolaterie their unwind destination every Friday afternoon. With this mornings early start, We have managed to bake tarts and croissants for todays service along with 10 different patisserie varieties. I hope everyone enjoyed the deluge of rain that has refreshed everything in the... garden. It was jut like a holiday in Singapore, Malaysia or the Phillipines without leaving home....... For those of you starting the weekend with a relaxed Brunch, we will see you soon.

22.01.2022 Thank you everyone for such a delightful and busy school holiday period. We are pleased that our Covid Safe service and environment has been such a winner. We appreciate all of the lovely reviews that you have posted. At last count, we have had 176 boxes of chocolates delivered to your family members in Victoria, many of whom have sent messages of thanks to us.....and to you as well I am sure. Once again, chocolate creates happiness, raises a smile and everyones spirits.

19.01.2022 Lovely to see the sun..... Hope you are keeping warm and cosy today. Didnt we have a fun filled week last week. Such a joyful experience to share our days with such lovely, happy people. So many things running out that Joe and I have been busily working in the kitchen for the past 3 days to ensure that we have a great selection once again for you this week. ... Everyones reactions to our new service have been amazingly positive. Restrictions may have lifted and we are allowed to have 72 people in the shop as at yesterday but we are keeping it spacious and safe for you just as it has been for the past 3 weeks. See you soon.

18.01.2022 Dear customers, We will be closing our doors for daily trade as of Monday 23rd March 2020, due to Covid-19 restrictions. We feel it is our duty to cease trading, to limit public non- compliance with social distancing and in the pursuit of safety for all. We will be open on Friday 27th March 2020 10am to 1pm for limited trading. Coffee beans and ground coffee for home use Easter goodies... Collection of orders being held Milk in 2 litre bottles Chocolates To continue our service to the community, we intend to open on additional Fridays for the collection of coffee bean/ground coffee orders. Please place these orders as a text message to 0427394399 (Your name, amount required and grind type). Please take care with social distancing, avoid peopled places and stay healthy.

12.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Just a note to let you know that on Thursday 20th Feb, SA Power Networks will be turning off the power between 11am and 1pm. As we cannot run any of our equipment in that time, we have decided to close for the day. Thats right.......a special chocolate/coffee makers holiday just for us. We will see you on Friday instead. PS I will be spending the day designing exquisite Easter Eggs to tantalize you taste buds this Easter......Cant wait.......

07.01.2022 Happy Australia Day Long Weekend. We are proud to share our newly appointed Barista with you this weekend. We welcome Helena (makes fab coffee) to our team. Jose and Helena will be treating you to freshly roasted Arabica bean coffee (we roast on site). I have just completed todays baking, which includes, Portuguese Tarts, Croissants........plain, Cherry Jam or molten chocolate filled with freshly roasted pistachios.........and 11 other tantalizing patisserie items.......and lots of freshly made chocolates. Did you know that we make chocolates 6 days a week which is partly why our product is so sought after by chocolate enthusiasts. See you soon......
