It’s been a tough couple of months for venues and live performance but very excited to be back on stage this Sunday. I love that I’m able to combine my Cabaret side with production drag shows. I’m so grateful to actually do what I love at time when it wasn’t possible for a lot of performers and also in this format to able to combine all aspects I love to perform. 06.01.2022 Drag Dance Class with Minnie Cooper Starts this Tuesday at 830pm. I have 8 spots available so if interested let me know. I have often been asked by young drag performers where they can learn to dance. Well look no further Minnie Cooper will be teaching a basic drag dance class every Tuesday from 30th of March from 830pm for 5 weeks initially at Connection Studios Sydney... Mezzanine Level & Level 1, 103 Foveaux Steet, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 Australia. This class is primarily for drag performers who don’t feel comfortable going to a regular dance class. The class will include a basic dance warm up/technique. Then work on a drag routine for several class not only how to pick up choreography but also work on style and technique and performance. At the moment I’m looking at working on routine for 4 weeks on the 5th week those who would like to come in drag and we video the routine so you can share with friends what you have been working on. I only have 30 spaces available .The class will run for 1hr45min. Cost $20 day of class - plus a deposit $25 via PayPal Www.PayPal.me/minniecooper2020 to secure spot and studio hire.
