24.01.2022 Revenue Assurance Officer - National Role out of Hobart We are looking for someone that is passionate about exceeding customers’ expectations to deliver great service and products that work as they are meant to. To succeed in this role you need to be exceptionally well organised and awesome with numbers. Your primary role will be to ensure customer invoices are delivered accurately and on time each month. You will also manage the reconciliation and dispute process for our sup...plier invoices back to our billing system records. However, we’re not your normal telco and this is not your normal role sales, customer service, tech support and faults will all be part of your day. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, be able to think and solve problems logically and be great with numbers. Experience with Access and/or other database programs would be an advantage as the role deals with large volumes of data.
