08.01.2022 Mr Derek Bromley's appeal discredited, the two key witnesses one a diagnosed schizophrenic the other an incompetent pathologist. Experts agreed that the pathologist, Dr Colin Manock's work was "so deficient that the cause of death could not be determined," even expert Dr Byron Collins stated that Dr Manock's evidence was "more than not particularly helpful, it's useless in this case." Furthermore, Dr Manock was discredited in the Keogh Appeal, finding that he was never proper...ly qualified to perform his duties. It has been a long 10 months of waiting for a decision and his family said that they will not give up until he is home.
