24.01.2022 Some lunch time catering..... Pad Thai with Chicken, prawn and crispy sesame tofu. So amazing how the fresh flavours kick on in this dish!! Only missing the crushed nuts.... can't have them in schools though, still a wonderful meal.

03.01.2022 Hmmmm..... one for those cooler days. Gnocchi with pork and fennel sausage, chorizo, cauliflower, roasted capsicum and peas, dusted with Parmesan.
