23.01.2022 This is me now. I don’t count calories, I count the value of wholesome, real food. I eat a lot! I train 4 days per week, 45-60 mins, but I train hard. I have discovered what works for my body and it’s taken a long time to get there. I have adjusted my diet and the result, more energy, strength, stamina and physically, I look better too while eating more than ever!! What works for one person, won’t work for the next. It’s a lot of trial and error. But at the very least, choose fresh food over packaged. The more fresh fruits and vegetables you can eat, you are nourishing your body with many valuable micronutrients . Don’t skimp on healthy fats, and carbs are fuel.
