Curry Cubes are versitile product that is great for not only curries. Today we used it to enhance an old classic and the results were incredible.... We cant wait to see what you can make with them. RECIPE: Ingredients: 2 Curry Cubes 2 Tbsp Oil 1 Onions sliced 1 tsp Corn Flour 2 Cloves of Garlic chopped 250g Mushrooms sliced 450g Lamb or Beef chopped 1 sheet of Puff Pastry (Optional) Milk and Egg Wash Step 1: Fry Onion and Garlic in Oil until golden, add Meat and cook together until Meat browns. Step 2: Add Mushrooms and cook for 1-2 mins before adding Curry Cubes and Corn Flour with 1 1/2 cups of Water Step 3: Simmer sauce until gravy thickens, then transfer to Pie dish. Lay Puff pastry over pie dish and seal with a fork. Step 4: Finish Pie with Milk and Egg wash lightly brushed over the top before baking at 200c for 20mins We hope you enjoy watching as much as we enjoyed making it.
