It’s clarity. ... It’s all what you needed to hear to help guide you on your path. So my 5 top tips on what to do after a reading are:. 1. Take notes. Sit back and reflect. Grab a note pad. Write everything that comes through. 2. Take inspired action. What can you do now, this week? Maybe it’s a matter of mapping some things out. 3. Drink lots of water. Keep hydrated. Your body, soul and mind need this. Drinking lots of water will help flush your body and it keeps energy moving. 4. Self care. Go for a walk. Do some deep breathing. Maybe it’s a lye down. Listen to your body. 5. Be kind and gentle to yourself. Especially over the first 12 to 24 hours. Let out the emotions. It’s okay. Truly it is.
