02.01.2022 ***EVENT INFORMATION*** In case you missed it, or if youve only just signed up. Here is everything you need to know for Sundays event: EVENT DATE AND TIME The event commences at 11am sharp, Sunday 8th April. Please arrive at 10.30am for a mandatory mission briefing at 10.45am.... From 2.30pm onwards there will be fun and food back at Supreme Court Gardens. ALL squads need to be back at the starting line by 3.15pm for the prize awards. If you arent there you could miss out on a prize! EVENT LOCATION Supreme Court Gardens between Barrack St and Governers Ave in Perth. WHAT TO WEAR, WHAT TO BRING Wear your costume, comfortable shoes and bring some money. Youll want to stop and buy a drink and have a meal en route! We recommend you have at least two fully charged smartphones per squad to use the event app. FASTEST TIME WINS! The squad who solves all missions in the shortest possible time will win the major prize of a return trip to Bali for your entire squad including four nights accommodation at The Haven, Seminyak. FUNDRAISING To increase your chances, there will be a time bonus of one second per dollar fundraised for Ronald McDonald House. For every dollar your team raises before the day youll receive one second off your total time to a maximum of 8 minutes and 20 seconds. For example: Raise $60 and youll receive a time bonus of one minute. Raise $180 and youll receive a time bonus of three minutes. Raise $500 and youll receive a time bonus of eight minutes and 20 seconds. This time bonus could be the difference you need to win. You can add to your teams fundraising total here. PRIZES As well as the major prize, there will also be fantastic prizes for the highest fundraiser and the best dressed squad. RACE PACK COLLECTION Race packs can be collected at the following locations and times: Friday 6th April: 9am to 4pm: Captivate Connect, 13 Kitchener Ave, Burswood Sunday 8th April: 9.30am to 10am: Supreme Court Gardens EVENT APP Included in the your race pack is information and instructions for downloading the event app. Remember to bring a smartphone to use the app on the day (and dont forget your itunes password!).
