08.01.2022 + ’ The world as we know it is continually changing. This includes our Relationships, Jobs and Roles.... The one component that we can focus and strengthen daily, is our Relationship with Ourselves. As we learn to more deeply Trust ourselves, it creates space and opportunities that allows us to decipher what is in my Control and what I can I choose to Release. Could I react differently to situations that feel out of my Control? When a stressful situation arises, will my Mindfulness affect the outcome? Do I give my Power away when I am Reactive? Do I choose Fear over my Loving Instincts? As I reflect on my connection with myself, I too am continually working on these questions but find Peace in knowing I often choose to be Open Minded, More Centred and Less Reactive. I choose to use Breath-work, Presence & Stillness to assess stressful situations rather then allowing them to Control Me & I am extremely proud of how my Alchemy Range of Products support me and the beautiful community that surrounds me.
