16.01.2022 Kai has been a fantastic collaborative partner, producing some awesome fitness videos for us all to participate in throughout our school or work days. Check out Kai's final video, where he takes us through our paces, getting our blood pumping and enducing those good feeling hormones called endorphins. Remember its important to move your body everyday, that could mean doing one of Kai's videos, walking your dog or dance for 30 mins to your faviourite music.
