20.01.2022 My biggest compliment in body-building came from this man, Paul Dillet. This guy was absolutely HUGE! The compliment was indirect! When i first entered GOLDS GYM in Venice California as a professional bodybuilder. I saw three monsters Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier and Paul Dillet. I knew who Flex was but not the other 2. They didn't have their pro cards yet . Paul kept staring at me , I said to my fiance then " he keeps staring at me i Don't think he likes me, maybe because I h...ave my pro card " . Paul got his pro card that year, we competed together and became friends. He came to Australia to visit we hung out. I asked him then " remember when I first walked into golds gym you kept staring at me , why" He said " i asked flex and Chris am i as big as him" Meaning me. Sad thing i recently looked up his instagram page and he had like 70,000 followers as compared to so many no bodies with millions of followers. What a world we live in.!!! 14.01.2022 This is a good example of how the mind works! I've been training Meyez for the last few weeks. His average one arm dumbell row is between 65lbs --75lbs Today I said let's really push it, he said how much 80lbs? I said No! more, he said 90lbs? I said NO! more, he said a 100lbs? I said NO!! He looked at the end of the rack and said 120lb? I said now look under the rack there was a pair of 130lb dumbbells. I said that's what you're going to do!! he said I can't do that! ...I said see you're defeated already with that attitude. I said YOU CAN DO IT! AND YOU WILL DO IT! 07.01.2022 I have been training people for over 35 years now, this is a sample of my full body circuit. Including abs and calves I like to use compound exercises with repetitions between 12 to 15 and minimal rest and the transition from one exercise to the other is the rest time. I have been doing this type of circuit with clients for over 25 years and have perfected it to be able to meet everyones needs of any age of fitness level. it will give you strength, size, speed, endurance, m...ake you fitter, faster, stronger leaner. I have taken elite athletes from f45 at the end of my circuit they have vomited and started shaking . Sharon comes from an extremely fit background doing a lot of cycle classes, boxing classes, pump etc, but nothing has taken her heart rate to where the circuit has. She has gone over 200 beats per minute. Many many many have a vomited doing this circuit. Because I use weight, repetitions and rest times to alter the intensity of the workout you're never going to get on top of it, it will always be one step ahead of you and always a challenge to Chase. Results come very quick and all my clients that have been able to get through the workout have seen results in weeks that would take many months.
