The classes are rocking my practice & freeing up my heart, all whilst I reconnect to my tribe. Huxly loves the lush green gardens to spread his wings & hide in. He even manages to make monkey bars out of the yoga mat drying stands why not! . . @thenicolajean

09.01.2022 I write. I write often. Just penned rumenations & considerations. Here is one I just came across. ... "I need to talk to people, not talk at them. I need to write more letters because this way my intentions & words are received in the way that the reader is being talked to, not at. I need to be perceived as a more active listener, whilst honouring that I am actively listening. I need to accept that the subtle ways I support people in silence and space may not be detected and acknowledged. And this is aok. To be selfless, and to act selflessly requires no promotion or justification." Does this resonate with you?

07.01.2022 Yesterday I had the pleasure of sharing an extended yoga practice with a room full of people aware and committed to some rejuvenation and self-care time. The @hanuyogamargaretriver studio nestled in the tree's of MargaretRiver town was ideal for a morning of quiet introspection. I am reflecting on it today with a heart full of gratitude knowing I have made new friends and deepened connections. It is a privilege to hold space for precious and potent healing and restoration There is more to come in the future, watch this space
