14.01.2022 TANDOORI PASTE another quick easy staple for the fridge . Adjust the chilli to suit your taste. To save waste I add some Greek yoghurt to the bowl to make a simple tandoori chicken marinade.... Use for ,dips,curries,sauces pizza base.... unlimited options.

A little prep has my freezer full of fruit ready to grab n go. smoothiesfruity dream Tupperware have these great squeezable freezer tubs perfect for breaking up the contents once frozen. *I'm not a Tupperware consultant, I just love it but I know a few if you need one
03.01.2022 I Made a couple of staples today, no nasty hidden extras,numbers or additives, just real ingredients chicken stock paste vanilla bean extract. Not my usual use for vodka but hey chicken and veg soup (sad veg leftovers) ... Until recently I only made veg stock, but the flavour in the chicken stock is next level!! Store in the freezer, it won't freeze solid and you just take a spoonful as you need it. Rinse the bowl with 500ml water on turbo to use up all the dregs for liquid stock! See more
