25.01.2022 If you haven’t yet try the rose gold bakeware from thermomix. Have a look at the difference between my old muffin tin and the thermomix one. I made zucchini slice into muffins in both pans. So frustrating when they stick!

Mud cake is off recipe community and I recommend you make it at least 3 days before and wrap in cling wrap to get the ‘mud’ happening.
