18.01.2022 Miss 9 is making me pancakes for breakfast! I love that the Thermomix is so user friendly, she can make the entire dish from start to finish. All I did was set up the hot plates for her. I told the kids that because it is Mother's Day AND my birthday tomorrow they should spoil me for 2 days ... Whats on your weekend menu plan??

17.01.2022 When you want to make Beef katsu sandos for dinner but didn't buy bread. My Thermomix came to the rescue and "Bestest bread rolls ever" definitely live up to their name! Combine that with panko crumbed beef sizzle steaks, sliced cabbage, kewpie mayo and a homemade tonkatsu sauce inspired by courtneyroulston for the best burgers ever. ... 11.01.2022 It's literally impossible to buy sushi in the evening where I live, and even if I could I'm not sure it would be better than this ( just gonna toot my own trumpet here ) Eggs boiled to perfection and set & forget rice I'm sure I could have poached this chicken, sauteed off some beef, chopped extra veggies or made my own mayo too....... So, far from an entire Thermomix meal but totally worth a mention. While the Thermie took care of a few elements, I could focus on crumbing & frying off the chicken.
