17.01.2022 Who here hates making poached eggs but loves eating them? Has anyone tried sous vide eggs? If you haven't, you are missing out.... It's so easy on sous vide mode on your TM6. 13 minutes at 78 Some things to remember - fill water to just bellow max line. You need the eggs to be completely covered with water. -bring water up to temp before setting time and putting eggs in. -use cold eggs, so grab them straight from your fridge -be quick when putting your eggs in and leave them in their shells.
