19.01.2022 Rushing used to be my default Sometimes it still is, but I’m aware and I usually catch it before it takes me away. Day by day and week by week life happens quickly enough already, I for one, certainly don’t want to spend my time rushing through it.... What about you? What do you do to keep things slow? For me the key thing is not over scheduling my days and ensuring there is plenty of white space throughout my week/weekend - like right now... arvo sipping tea waiting for my banana bread to bake

14.01.2022 The more I move the better I feel Whilst I love getting on my mat for a good hour-long practice, sometimes (most days) that just isn’t practical Somedays it’s a quick 10min move and groove... Somedays it’s some mini mindful moments throughout the day like shoulder rolls whilst I’m at my computer and then other days is a long steady walk outside What did you do today to move your body? 11.01.2022 Lovin’ on your fascia! Fascia Our internal scaffolding system A gel like webbing that is designed to keep all our bits in place. Continuous connective tissue that wraps in and around everything - our muscles, bones, organs, nerves, veins it has no beginning and no end!... Fascia allows our internal systems to work in harmony, creating a sense of stability, glide and ease of movement within. Over time with overuse, underuse or misuse our fascia can become stuck and rigid with adhesions. Since our fascia is connected from the top of our head to the tips of our toes, these adhesions can limit our range of motion and can cause pain and tightness in the body!
