15.01.2022 HOW IMPORTANT IS GOOD TECHNIQUE AND A GREAT COACH? If you’re sacrificing quality movement for weight on the bar, you might want to rethink how to approach your training. A lot of the time, injuries in the gym occur not from one particular rep but a culmination of hundreds of sub-optimal reps.... This quite often leads to dysfunctional movement patterns, in time causing pain and irritation of muscles and joints. A quality coach will spot and treat these abnormal movement patterns with corrective exercises before they become a major issue. Gone untreated, these issues can last months and months... Invest in a quality coach, follow a structurally balanced program and practice quality movement patterns for the longevity of your health and fitness.

Since Corrina and I have been working together we've managed to improve her hip mobility, reduce back pain down to Endometriosis symptoms and through her hard work and dedication to continuing to improve her nutrition, drop multiple dress sizes. ... Picking up a 20kg kettlebell from a evaluated surface use to be a challenge. Not anymore. This is Corrina conventional deadlifting 4@55kgs.
