16.01.2022 Before and after photos of a job I finished last year in Ocean Grove, extension above the garage is Unitex foam board, I rendered the extension and the existing facade, straightening the corbel bricks around the windows and sills and filled in and straighted the corner quoins turning them into full columns Unitex moulds were applied to the windows on the extension to match the existing. The two colours upper and lower levels are very affective.

04.01.2022 This is a job recently finished in Barwon Heads the client wanted at natural finish, so they decided to go with an oxide tint in the render sponge finish, then coated with Unitex Dryseal to create a waterproof barrier and help from the elements while maintaining substrate breathability

It’s rewarding looking back on what we started with and seeing the finished result.
