25.01.2022 Lunch today is a delicious avacado and tuna salad wrap. With some fresh fruit for a snack a little later. My water is filled with strawberries, lime and mint :) Yummmmy



25.01.2022 I just have to share this! OMG sweet potato toast???? Yep apparently you just slice a 1-2 cm piece of sweet potato and pop it in the toaster. Top with some avacado and a poached egg! How delicious. I am going to try this tomorrow ill let you know how i go :)

23.01.2022 My new favourite breakfast. Over night oats are the quickest easiest and most delicious breakfast i can possibly think of. Recipe - 1/2 cup oats 3/4 cup almond milk... Throw in some blueberries or banana or whatever you like i added a cheeky hint of honey. Then chuck in the fridge. Grab your container in the morning and have it on the go or heat it up and have it warm. :) #healthyfood #delicous #oats #blueberries #banana #yummyfood See more

23.01.2022 Meal prep is this easy guys :) Leafy green salad with avacodos, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, red onion and i added some caramelized balsamic for the dressing.... delicious!!! Muesli ready to go for brekki in the morning. I will add some yoghurt and almond milk to it. And grapes for a healthy yummy snack during the day. :)

19.01.2022 So ive been hit with the flu this week and have been bed ridden for 4 days now. Today i got back to the gym and actually feel amazing. To keep me going ive just come down to this gorgeous little organic cafe ive just discovered and got the "organic immune boost juice" which has 1000mg of vitamin c. This should help me fight off the remaining bit of yuckiness in my system YUMMY

16.01.2022 My delicious lunch today! Roast chicken and avacado salad with baby spinach and lots of added yummy colours. Plus a fresh fruit salad. The best part about this is what i dont eat i can have later for a healthy snack instead of resorting to other unhealthy options. :)
