17.01.2022 Good morning Ladies! Unfortunately over night Miss Temple Fitness has closed it's doors. This was a shock to everyone, including the staff. Since I no longer have a job there and will have to sacrifice a number of my clients.. I'm taking this opportunity to advertise my Bootcamps! I will be running the first Bootcamp this Thursday morning the 23rd at 6:15 am next to the Kawana Surf Club! All fitness levels welcome, Bring a mat or towel and water. $10 per person. It may seem like a big task but I promise that preparing meals in advance will not only help you achieve your goals quicker but it will also save you time and money!
