12.01.2022 Thanks Wayne Weatherstone for the great review "I called this morning as we had lost TV reception last night and was told that the technician would be here about mid-morning. I received a text message a bit later saying he was about 20 minutes away which was very reassuring and he arrived right on time. After a pleasant greeting, Jacob got to work with his test equipment and determined the problem - a badly corroded aerial. This was replaced with a more suitable aerial and af...ter aligning it with his equipment, he tested the mast head amplifier, which he said was still ok, however he later discovered the power injector inside was also causing problems, so he replaced this, tested it all again and all was well. Jacob returned to the aerial on the roof, dressed and cable tied the leads and made sure everything was solid. Having done TV aerial installation work myself many years ago, I am pleased to say that Jacob's work was very professional, he discussed the options available to resolve the problems and did not try to up-sell me with more parts than needed. He even took the old aerials away to dispose of them. I can't comment on the cost as I have not received his invoice yet, but I don't mind paying a fair price when the job is so done well. Very professional and efficient service and I am happy to recommend Jacob." See more
