19.01.2022 Meet one of our physiotherapists - Ian Ian graduated from the University of Newcastle, NSW in 2012 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has had extensive experience working in private practice in Adelaide. He has been trained in level 1 & 2 trigger point dry needling and completed the McKenzie certified neck pain and back pain courses.... Ian has also been trained in Mat and equipment based Clinical Pilates Physiotherapy. He teaches Clinical Pilates classes and individual Pilates rehabilitation, fitness sessions as well as core muscle training and the development of individual gym programmes. As per the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Physiotherapy is deemed to be an essential service for the wellbeing of our community.
