22.01.2022 10 year ago our boys ran out on the ground with some unfinished business. After the disappointment of 2008 & 2009, this was their year. They were hungry. They may have started the game as underdogs, but they brought such intensity that by halftime they had a 34 point lead. ... From there the game was theirs. Premiers for 2010. Moama 19.15 (123) def 6.10 (46) Tell us your memories of the day? Where you there?

20.01.2022 The Moama Football Netball Club would like to welcome Justin "Ferret" Wilson for the 2021 season. Fezz has arguably been regarded as one of the toughest midfielders throughout his illustrious footy journey across AFLNT, AFLQLD, SANFL, and country Victoria. The 8-time premiership player will provide a wealth of knowledge and on-field leadership to our young Moama group and is guaranteed to provide our spectators with a show. As excited as we are about having Fezz on board we are equally excited to have his daughter Ruby cheering on her Dad from the sidelines.

20.01.2022 Good to see our mates at Roma Pizza are back delivering to Moama. Recently Roma Pizza supplied enough pizza to tame our Under 10's. You know when a room full of under 10's are quiet, the pizza must be great Give them a call and they can help you get dinner sorted.

11.01.2022 We are very happy to announce that Leshae will be staying on to coach our Under 13's netball team again next season. It was unfortunate that she was unable to get much of a start last year be we really wanted to stay loyal to our coaches and give them the opportunity to complete some unfinished business. Leshae has a wealth of coaching experience and it's pretty exciting to see her choose Moama to help develop our kids 2021, bring on the junior netball.

08.01.2022 We are very excited to announce Maggie as our C grade and C Reserves netball coach for the 2021 season. Maggie's ability to bring a team together with a game plan is only superseded by her ability to teach netball fundamentals in a way that even experienced players find valuable. 2021 is looking red hot for some seriously good netball.

06.01.2022 MFNC is excited to make some coaching announcements today starting with our thirds coach Michael Rolfe. As a former Moama player who went on to further is career in both playing and coaching, Michael will feel right at home back with the club. He even met his wife on a MFNC mystery bus trip. Michael's experience will be fantastic for our junior talent and we look forward to seeing what the season holds for him.

05.01.2022 Ray "Darby" Ives The Moama Football Netball Club extends their deepest sympathy to Lyn, Chris & Kim, Julie & their families on the passing of their beloved Ray. Ray is an MFNC club legend, Life Member, named in the Team of the Century, Premiership Player & a brilliant centerman who won the club Best & Fairest on two separate occasions. Ray was pivotal in the club's success and culture throughout his time at the club and was very proud that his Grandson, Jordan, has been name...d the current senior captain here at Moama. We thank him for all of his contribution to his club and he will be dearly missed.

04.01.2022 Jeff 'Joffa' Owen: If you have been to a Mowers home game in the last 14 years, chances are you have benefited from Jeff's commitment to the club. For 14 years Jeff has manned the Scoreboard, and 2021 will be no different. ... Well, maybe a little different as Jeff will be manning the brand new electronic scoreboard recently installed. Jeff told us a little about how he got started. "Geoff Harris was the president when I started going to Moama games, during the Good Friday home game where we had the draw, I found myself standing next to him." Jeff explained he had recently relocated to the area "We struck up a conversation and I commented that it was a shame that the scores were often wrong, Geoff explained that kids often lost interest during the day. So I put my hand up, I didn't expect to still be doing it in 14 years but I still love it." Jeff told us about the highlights and changes he's seen over his time. "I've enjoyed every president that's been at the Club, each one has been great to work with" Jeff has seen lots of change in his time, meet lots of great people but when asked of his highlights? "Watching the kids develop and go on to great things has been one of the highlights, Aidy Daily was fantastic with those kids, he had them finely tuned" it was also evident that the 2010 premiership was another favourite, Jeff spoke very fondly of that year. Football clubs are built on people like Jeff. His unwavering commitment to man the scoreboard every home game from juniors to seniors is impressive and we are delighted he's recommitted for 2021, hopefully being in the warm timekeeper's box might be a little nicer this year.

02.01.2022 Jack Russell With the looks of Roger Federer and the silk of Shaun Burgoyne, the Moama FNC are ecstatic to announce the re-signing of Jack Dogga Russell. This young man is a very highly respected amongst the playing group, with leadership qualities well beyond his years. Dogga has excellent decision making skills under pressure, as though time is standing still, and we cannot wait to see him go to the next level in 2021.
