21.01.2022 We are a local family run business located in Currumbin Waters. We live in Bonogin. We were previously a wholesale manufacturer only (as we were not allowed a s...hop at our current address) and supplied airlines, hotels, market stands as well as deli's and butchers around the coast. Due to the current issues surrounding Covid-19 we have changed our business model in an effort to keep our staff employed. We are running a special this week until stock runs out on our huge 180g foot long sausages: Kransky cheese 180g approx 2.2kg packs $35 per pack (only 3 of these left in stock, get in quick) Smoked Bratwurst 180g approx 2.2kg pack selling out for an amazing $30 per pack while stocks last. Place your order today for pick up or delivery on Wednesday and Friday from 6am to 12pm. Due to a downturn in business we are currently only only 3 days a week. Our pricelist is attached below in photo's. We also sell: Boneless leg ham. Cooked corned silverside Berliner Polish Krakauer Smoked Lyon Roast Beef Strasburg Pork rolled roasts (frozen) But all of the above come in large wholesale pieces only at this time, we are not able to slice anything.
