17.01.2022 Hey folks, we’ve had a few enquiries about the state of business at this time. At this stage it’s business as usual until instructed otherwise, with the following changes: 1. Contactless exchange when your bike/s are collected. I’ll call on the number you have provided when I arrive and you place you’re bikes at your door/garage/etc and I’ll collect them. ... 2. Bikes will be cleaned and wiped down with disinfectant before work commences. 3. All communication will be via phone/text/email/etc. 4. Payment will be via credit card using an online payment system or via bank transfer. Payment must be completed before your bike is returned. 5. Bike contact points will be wiped down a second time with disinfectant before being delivered. 6. At the arranged time your bike is returned you will receive a call, the bike/s will be left where instructed. 7. If you are in isolation/infected with the virus or generally unwell please make your booking at a later date. If there are any changes to our system customers will be notified.
