Step 1) Lie down flat on your stomach and place your forearms flat on the ground with your elbows directly below your shoulders.... Step 2 ) Tuck your toes under and lift your body off the ground. 13.01.2022 4 Month Transformation At the start of our last 8 week challenge I got a bodyscan along with lots of our clients. My bodyfat percentage was sitting at 15.3% I set a goal this time last year to get below 10% so this scan was a wake up call that I needed to start trying! ... I started by tracking my calories and gradually decreased them by about 100 calories a week until I finally hit my goal 4 months later! Start calories: 3500 start weight: 93.9kg start bodyfat: 15.3% End calories: 2200 End weight: 84.4kg End bodyfat: 9.0% My training stayed virtually the same throughout the whole process. I didnt do any kind of special diet I just tracked my calories and gradually ate less and less without starving myself. The point of all this is to show what I find to be the best way to get leaner in a sustainable way
