09.01.2022 Lincoln has over 25 years as a fully qualified butcher under his belt, owning both a very successful Cairns Butcher Shop and then the Expert Home Butchery he now runs with the help of his wonderful family from their base near Hervey Bay in theWide Bay region of sunny Queensland. His wife Paula is the one at the end of the phone that will give you the beginnings of the service that Expert Home Butchery is renowned for, and she will work to suit your requirements in timing and... delivery. Lincoln's 4 mobile coldrooms are almost constantly in the field at different locations, so longer hang times are an adjustable bonus at times. All current health and safety considerations are adhered to at all times, and exceeded wherever and whenever possible, with the main emphasis on cleanliness and a humane treatment of all animals, so that stress reactants do not enter the final product. Renowned for his beef, pork, and lamb sausages, Lincoln will cut to your requirements for ALL cuts of meat, but can only skin pigs due to an allergy developed whilst scalding. Linc can give guidance on how to organise a Pig Pass through Biggenden Abattoir if this is not suitable.
