09.01.2022 We recently helped HL Pharmaceutical transform their business in a big way. We did this through customer journey mapping, G suite migration, introducing the HubSpot CRM including migration from Salesforce, a custom integration connecting their warehouse inventory software to Hubspot, new workflows for new client applications and custom landing pages and email campaign templates. This was a large undertaking from both parties and the outcome is something to be proud of.

04.01.2022 Wow, hasnt 2020 been an interesting year! I dont think anyone saw this coming and its a test of everyones patience and endurance. Like most other businesses, our income fell off a cliff in March/April and we were very fortunate to not only recover but to flourish due to COVID-19 with many of our clients, new and old wanting to ramp up the online side of their business. We are very grateful to have amazing clients and staff and wanted to updated everyone on the changes we...ve made over the past few months: - Our team have been working mainly remotely since March. Our systems were tested by this and they did their job brilliantly. We do all miss the office though! - We pivoted and ceased offering advertising services at the start of the year. This has allowed us to focus on everything that happens after someone finds your business online.
