22.01.2022 Construction is currently underway for the first development in the Tonkin Highway Industrial Estate. A state of the art food processing facility supplying product to the W.A. Hospital Sector. Our Scope included a 3,500m freezer holding stock at -18 and industrial scale kitchens to process food.

20.01.2022 In August Kmart Carousel celebrated their relaunch. This store was the final Kmart refit in Perth to be transformed into the new Plan C Format. MODUS Design was pleased to deliver the project with zero variations resulting from MODUS documentation, under an accelerated programme, in readiness for the Grand Opening of the revamped Carousel Shopping Centre. MD of Wesfarmers, Rob Scott re-opened the store for business at a ceremony attended by other dignitaries, as well as Kmart team members both local and interstate.
