Measures you can take to guard against scammers include: If youve been asked to pay money into an account you havent paid into before, always check over the phone with your provider, or service supplier, to confirm the account details and be sure of who youre dealing with.... Not opening suspicious texts, pop-up windows or clicking on links or attachments in emails. Keeping your online personal details secure by keeping your password a secret, and choose passwords that are difficult to guess and update them regularly. 19.01.2022 A common theme among MOIRAs community of carers, has been the challenges many have experienced due to current restrictions and safety measures. As a way to support carers during this challenging time, we launched an online wellness program to support the health and emotional wellbeing of our community of cares. MOIRA TLC (Talk, Learn, Connect) was launched in June and ran for 6 weeks, providing free wellbeing supports to carers using Zoom. "The classes have enabled me to sl...ow down and enjoy life much more, also to not be so hard on myself when I feel I could have done something better."
