"Hi Richard, All the feedback I received re the session was really positive, all 11 of us really enjoyed it. Quite a few who missed it expressed real eagerness for me to organise another. 01.01.2022 One of the things we explore in meditation class is that often people respond too quickly and do or say things they later (or immediately) regret. Over time meditation naturally inserts a pause between observing/hearing and responding. It is a magnificent gift you can give yourself for free and over time those self-imposed regrets will disappear from your life.
