23.01.2022 We were privileged to spend this morning with the Sydney Moo Duk Kwan for their Dan Shim Sa. An amazing effort from all candidates and a well run grading.

18.01.2022 Have a wonderful Christmas break everyone. There are no more classes until term 1 2021. We hope you enjoyed the party last Monday and we look forward to seeing everyone again in February 2021.

15.01.2022 Happy New Year. I am sure everyone is enjoying a well earned break. We have started preparing for Term 1 and have some great new equipment to support our training in 2021. 10.01.2022 Good to be back training tonight for Term 4 of 2020. It has been an unpredictable year but we are so lucky to have the familiarity of our training buddies at Molonglo Valley. An exciting end to the year with gradings and the 75th anniversary.

08.01.2022 We are coming to the end of the year and it is time to lock in our events for the next few weeks. Karate kids grading will be held at 615pm on Wednesday 9 December. Tigers class will run as normal. The 9th of December will be the final class for 2020 for everyone and we will hold our annual Christmas event on Monday the 14th of December. Join us at 615pm in the hall for our end of year celebration on Monday 14 December. Let Paula know if you have any dietary requirements at the next class. Just drop us an email with any questions.

04.01.2022 First Tigers and Adults grading since Covid lockdown. Everyone did a fantastic job and it was a great display of technique. Lots of energy in the Do Jang tonight.
