06.01.2022 Happy Saturday. Here’s the draw for MiniRoos this weekend. Don’t forget it’s photos next weekend.

06.01.2022 Please see update below.

04.01.2022 The support to bring back the Monaro Panthers Women's program has reached John Barilaro ( Deputy Premier of New South Wales).

04.01.2022 This weekend (29 August) at David Madew Ovals is the club’s annual CRAZY HAIR DAY. We look forward to seeing as many of you with coloured hair, sparkles, wigs, etc. The draw is provided below and please take note of team duties. Weather outlook is fine so we can’t wait to see all the crazy hair - on and off the field. We look forward to another weekend of football.

04.01.2022 More news from the Panthers den for 2021 season !!! There has been a change at the helm of the Men’s 1st grade program. Jimmy Kanaridis and assistant coach Colin Stirton have decided to hand the program over to Frank Cachia for the 2021 season. The club wishes both Jimmy and Colin the very best as they take a well-earned break after seven years together winning finals across every NPL age group. We expect their time away from football will be short before they get the urge ...to go around again in the Canberra Football arena. The dynamic duo has seen Monaro build an exciting attacking style of football philosophy that has brought some success to the club. We would also like to thank Jimmy who has worked closely with the committee in appointing a well-respected football identity in Frank Cachia to the Men's head coaching role after a 12 month break away from football. Frank Cachia has achieved what most will not achieve in a life time of coaching. His achievements in the game as a coach speak for themselves with the highlight being the 2016 treble that culminated in a semi-final appearance vs Sydney FC in the FFA Cup. We spoke to Frank this week about his return to Monaro Panthers FC and asked what will it take to build on the good work left by Jimmy Kanaridis from 2019-2020 seasons. I am excited about the opportunity that the Monaro Panthers club has given me. I’m under no illusions the size of the task ahead. It is really the ultimate challenge of taking a club to the next level and building a winning mentality on and off the pitch. I loved my time at Olympic and they always supported me, and we built so many great memories there. I believe there is something I can achieve here that will test me, the playing group we assemble. I look forward in building a competitive side for the 2021 season. The club wishes Frank the very best for 2021 season and anyone wishing to enquire about trials with our first grade side are encouraged to contact [email protected] with their details.

04.01.2022 Our No.10 really showed his quality today, braving injury to lift the side throughout. Our Man of the Match in our first NPL win for the season is Jeremy Habtemariam #ForzaMonaro
