17.01.2022 We’re all human. One component of academic success is a healthy work life balance. Here at MASA, we’ve prepared some suggestions for you to enjoy yourself during this exam period. Don’t be a victim of burnout. Whether it’s lying as an imposter or playing detective as crewmate, a few rounds of Among Us with your friends is a great way to warm your brain up before studying. Don’t go overboard though. It’s easy to lose track of time whilst playing, so make sure you aren’t deceiv...ing your friends for hours! Do you love food? Pick up a new hobby such as cooking. From baking a simple cake to becoming the rat chef in Ratatouille, cooking is an essential skill that opens up many opportunities to demonstrate your creativity. Some great recipes to start your culinary career can be found in our first year guide located on our website at asamonash.com.au Lastly, be supportive. Reach out to your friends and family and check up on how they are doing. A simple gesture can brighten up someone’s day. We hope you enjoyed our exam guide series. Good luck for your exams!

08.01.2022 We’re only 5 days away from entering what is surely the most stressful time of the semester; exam time. While your focus may be on smashing out as many lectures and practice exams as you can, this can sometimes mean you forget other things which are just as important. For this reason, we at MASA have prepared a mini exam day checklist and compiled some tips to help you out. And also, don’t forget that there’s a 4 month break coming just around the corner. Try not to stress ...yourselves out too much and instead focus on all the lost sleep, unwatched movies and hangouts with friends that you’ll be able to catch up on in only a few weeks’ time! Good luck and we hope your motivation levels are as high as ever!
