25.01.2022 Tonight’s meditation is one of my favourites. I did it back in March right at the beginning of lockdown. It’s a meditation to a mountain and reminds us to be still and unaffected during the changes, disturbances, storms and chaos going on in our surroundings, like a mountain with the seasons. 18.01.2022 Take 3! I think this meditation has worked this time after all the interference. This week we are meditating on having a protective shield that avoids being drained by toxic people, Followed by some hypnotherapy on how to deal (or not deal) with a narcissist. We all have narcissists in our lives but it’s particularly difficult if you have a karmic bond with one. I hope you enjoy.

12.01.2022 To help you get your sleep patterns back on track if they are interrupted. Best to do this just before you go to sleep as it will allow you to sink into a deeper and more relaxed state, this is suitable for the little ones too. zzzzzzzzzzzz

12.01.2022 Good evening zen warriors! I will be doing a guided sleep meditation this evening at a later time of 8.30pm. You can do this meditation at any time, but I would recommend practicing it just before you go to sleep as it will induce a deep and restful sleep :)
