Here’s what you can do to help:... - Please wear a face mask - A maximum of two clients can be seated in the waiting area - Chairs will be set up outside for everyone else to wait until they are called in (you may also wait in your car) - Please do not crowd around the front door, keeping 1.5-2m apart from other visitors at all times - We ask that only ONE person from each family attend (please do not bring your partner or children, as this makes it difficult to maintain social distancing protocols) - If you have flu-like symptoms, have recently been overseas or to any Brisbane hotspots, please inform reception and do not enter the building - Hand sanitisers will be stationed at the front desk for your use - Please call for food or medication pick up and we will bring it out to you Here’s what our staff will be doing: - We will be cleaning all surfaces (including door handles, chairs, benches, ect) on a regular basis - The eftpos machine will be disinfected between each use - All staff will sanitise their hands between each patient - Payments can be made outside the building and receipts can be emailed - We will keep you informed of any changes as the Covid-19 situation develops Thank you again for your understanding and cooperation as we navigate through this challenging time.

09.01.2022 COVID-19 Update We would like to assure you that we are still open as normal for you and your pets, and plan to stay open for as long as possible. In order to make this happen, we would like to provide some guidelines to help keep staff members, clients and patients healthy and safe. 1. If your pet needs veterinary attention and:... Youve been overseas within the last 14 days, Youre experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 infection, or You are in quarantine or isolation Please phone us for advice and we can make a plan. 2. In line with government recommendations, we are trying to keep waiting times to a minimum in order to adhere to social distancing rules. We kindly ask you to: Limit the number of people presenting your pet to just one owner When arriving for your appointment, please wait in your car Please phone us from your car on arrival and we will organise a staff member to collect your pet from your car The vets will perform phone consultations and treatment as needed, and we will then drop your pet back to your car If you do need to enter the clinic, please use the hand sanitizer located in the waiting room, and keep 1.5m distance between staff and members of the public if possible 3. Please phone ahead (at least 24 hours notice) to order required prescription medicine, food, worming or flea and tick control so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait. Please remember we are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide complete veterinary care to your pets Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Over time, we have been able to lift some restrictions that were put in place earlier for everyones safety. However we would like to remain vigilant so we have updated our policies in order to maintain a safe, healthy environment. Heres what you can do to help...: When arriving at Monier Vet, please call reception on 32793999.
