The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Minimum of 2 years of Management Experience Proven track record in leading an energetic and focused team to ensure that predetermined standards are consistently met whilst achieving operating budgets Experienced in handling conflict between customers or able to deal with difficult and challenging situations Have a current Working with Children Check (or be willing to get one ) Current First Aid Certificate Love working with children Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well presented at all times An eye for detail to ensure the facility is consistently presented and operated to the highest standards Excellent leadership skills with the ability to select, guide, train and direct a team up to 15-18 staff Your duties will include but are not limited to: Recruitment and Management of staff Providing leadership, training and development Overseeing the quality of the service provided to customers Weekly Rosters and Recon's High level of customer service and communication skills Hands-on approach Quick thinker Ensure that stock controls and cash procedures are strictly adhered to In return we offer: Competitive salary package will be offered commensurate with experience Excellent support network from our Head Office 5 Day work week (including Saturday and Sunday) 2 Days off in a row (weekdays) If you are a competitive and result-driven leader with the ability to keep your team focused and performing at their peak, this position will satisfy you.
