11.01.2022 If you haven't seen this pop up in the city during Vivid it's worth checking out. @obeygiant (The creator of the Obama Hope poster) has painted his second largest mural ever in the streets of Sydney. The mural is 44m tall and 28m wide they used 400 cans of paint! (2/3 were water-based.) The mural took five and a half days to complete and has the NSW Waratah incorporated into the artwork. The mural is located right near IVY on George Street and is here to stay permanently, so next time you're in the city go have a look.

09.01.2022 It would be mind bending to walk through this dizzying light tunnel by Yang Minha that's installed outside the main gate of Le Méridien Seoul in South Korea. Titled Accumulation, it's comprised of rotating square panels that display a sequence of geometric patterns based on six concepts: rise, flow, accumulation, dimension, light, and overlap.

07.01.2022 How captivating is the work of Lucy Hardcastle @luhardcastle and her amazing glass creations? These hand created objects are an amazing mix of silky smooth glass and fabric textures combining to make the objects look otherworldly. These objects were captured by Ryan Hopkinson @ryanhopkinson, using his masterful control of lighting he has managed to make these objects appear as if they are hyper-real 3D rendered objects.

03.01.2022 We're loving the use of colour and texture in this installation by American artist and designer @danielarsham He has built a blue zen garden complete with a Japanese tea house as one of his three installations at Atlanta's @highmuseumofart. Inside the tea house, a cast figure of a woman seated in the sand is suggestive of Pompeii, frozen in time; a Japanese lantern, kimono, and other fossilized objects scattered around the garden give the environment a sense of inhabitable space, as if it's occupied by a caretaker-hermit.
